This website is run by Antdragon Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia. When this page says “we” or “Antdragon”, we mean Antdragon Sdn Bhd.

• Enquiry details you submit, which may include your name, company, role, email address, mobile or WhatsApp number, system state, business impact, timeline, decision involvement, access readiness, investment range, and any message or links you choose to share.
• Booking details you provide through Cal.com, and messages you send through WhatsApp or email.
• Essential technical records produced when the website is requested, such as IP address, browser information, request time, requested page, and security or error logs.
• Campaign attribution attached to an enquiry, such as the entry page, referring site, and UTM campaign parameters.
• Meta advertising identifiers and events, including fbclid, _fbc, and _fbp, only after you allow analytics.

While you fill in a lead form, the browser may keep a draft in session storage on that device so closing and reopening the form does not immediately lose your work. The draft is intended to end with the browser session and is not submitted to Antdragon until you send the form.

A submitted lead is stored in Antdragon's lead system and may be forwarded to a private Telegram chat used by our team for enquiry notifications. If the form then opens WhatsApp, the pre-filled message is only sent when you choose to send it in WhatsApp.

Cloudflare Zaraz, Meta Pixel, and Meta's server-side Conversions API are used for website measurement and advertising attribution only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Before that choice, we do not intentionally load Meta Pixel or send optional analytics or advertising events from this website.

When you submit an enquiry after allowing analytics, we may send Meta a lead event with normalized and securely hashed contact details for matching. The event may also include your IP address, browser information, page path, and the _fbc and _fbp identifiers used for attribution and duplicate-event control. We do not send your company name, enquiry message, passwords, or system details to Meta in that event.

Your analytics choice is saved in local storage on your browser. You can reopen Privacy choices from the footer and change it. A changed choice applies to future optional events; it cannot recall an event already sent. Blocking browser storage, scripts, or third-party requests may also limit these tools.

• To measure website and campaign performance when you have allowed analytics.

We use service providers to run the website and handle enquiries, including hosting and security providers, Cal.com for bookings, Telegram for internal lead notifications, WhatsApp when you choose to message us, and, with consent, Cloudflare Zaraz, Meta Pixel, and Meta's Conversions API for measurement. These providers handle data under their own terms and may process it outside Malaysia.

We keep submitted enquiry and business records for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, manage a working relationship, protect the service, and meet accounting or legal duties. The period depends on the record and the relationship. Campaign attribution submitted with an enquiry follows the same lead-record retention. Temporary Meta delivery payloads are erased after they are sent, skipped, or permanently fail, and completed delivery records are purged after 30 days. Browser session drafts and consent preferences are controlled separately on your device.

• Allow or decline analytics, and change that choice from the Privacy choices link in the footer.
• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete information where we no longer need or are not required to keep it.
• Choose not to send the pre-filled WhatsApp message after submitting a form.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to a newsletter or automated marketing sequence unless you ask or separately agree. We do not give your enquiry details to another business for that business's own marketing.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we handle. No website, storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending passwords, production credentials, or unnecessary sensitive data through a public enquiry form.
